Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
Delivery
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. We cooperate with many international express companies which can ship to any country worldwide. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, usually it takes 2~3 days for European orders, and 5 to 7 days for global orders. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We provide free shipping for UK orders and low shipping cost for other countries as well. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return and Exchange Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchases. If however you decide a product is not right for you, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange the product, provided the product is still in a good condition.
To begin a return or exchange, email us at sales@thermelc.com to let us know which items and the reason for the return or exchange.
For most return or exchanges we will give you a postage label. You should securely package the products in the original packaging and apply the shipping label. Drop off the package at a post office and let us know the tracking number.

The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit should appear on your next statement. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be credited to your account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
